Peyman Nazmi, M.D.
Dr. Peyman Nazmi is Board Certified in Pain Management and Anesthesiology. He completed his residency and fellowship training at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine / Montefiore Medical Center of New York in 1997. He is a graduate of the Medical University of Pecs in Hungary. He is a member of the International Spine Intervention Society and American Society of Interventional Pain Physicians.
Marc Caligtan, M.D.
Dr. Marc Caligtan received his undergraduate degree from the University of Virginia with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology. He went on to gain both his Masters of Science in Physiology and Medical Degree at VCU Medical Center's Medical College of Virginia. He completed his Internship at Johns Hopkins University in the Sinai Department of Internal Medicine and his Residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at the University of Virginia.
Dr. Caligtan enjoys spending time with his daughters and wife. His hobbies include traveling, cooking, and playing basketball. He is also an avid fan of UVA athletics and NFL football.
Dr. Caligtan joined our team of providers in 2015.
Tammy Mills, FNP-C
Tammy Mills, FNP-C is a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner that joined our staff of patient care providers in August of 2016.
Tammy obtained her diploma as a Registered Nurse from the Bon Secours School of Nursing in 2003. She received her Bachelor of Science in Health Science and Nursing at MCV/VCU Health Systems in 2007. She went on to obtain her Master of Science as a Family Nurse Practitioner at the University of Virginia in 2011.
She has worked as a nurse practitioner for more than 4 years specializing in Orthopedics at Advanced Orthopedics; as well as, St. Mary’s Hospital. Tammy truly loves working with her patients to find solutions to their problems and concerns.
Outside of work, Tammy enjoys spending time with her daughter who was born in 2015. She also enjoys running and outdoor activities.
