New Provider - Dr. Nicolas Maxymiv

Please help us welcome a new provider to our practice: Dr. Nicolas Maxymiv, D.O.

Dr. Nicolas Maxymiv, D.O. is a Virginia native who grew up in Roanoke Virginia. He completed graduate school at Virginia Tech and medical school at the Virginia College of Osteopathic Medicine in Blacksburg. He went on to complete a residency in anesthesiology at VCU Medical Center, and served as chief resident. He stayed at VCU for an additional year, completing a fellowship in pain medicine.

Dr. Maxymiv is certified by the American Board of Anesthesiology in anesthesia and pain medicine. He has coauthored several publications. He specializes in the diagnosis and nonsurgical management of a variety of painful disorders, including those affecting the spine and peripheral joints. He performs both diagnostic and therapeutic treatments using modalities such as injection therapies, radiofrequency ablation, and neuromodulation.

He lives in Richmond with his wife and twin daughters.
